THE FUTURE HAS ARRIVED

Countries around the world are slowly loosening up the restrictive measures that were in place to contain the Coronavirus Crisis. Nonetheless, the risk of a possible second wave of Coronavirus infections after the summer dominate the headlines. Meanwhile, most of us long for the "return to normal". It's unlikely, however, that the crisis will end at a certain point, a precise date, but rather that we will gradually move towards or build up to a new normality.

We offer six specific services to help your organisation to transit to your new future.

Reverse Visioning

As Winston Churchill once said: "It is always wise to look ahead, but difficult to look further than you can see." Designing your own vision of this new world provides this clarity and direction. It allows you to identify scenarios for your company so you can start preparing for the future today.

Based on our Reverse Visioning method we can guide you in the process of creating a vision, identify scenarios, and define the role you want to play in it. Strategy, leadership, culture, innovation in products, but also effective collaboration, all rely on a commonly understood vision.

People Engagement

Suddenly a large part of your workforce is working from home. Probably there was not too much preparation for anyone for such drastic measure. How can you know if people feel connected, informed and engaged with their work?

We can introduce a new real-time people KPI on your management dashboard. With an AI software solution engagement by predefined groups is measured. Immediate actions can be taken when levels are dropping, but also the impact of announcements, online group events or decisions can be measured.

Create a  New Collaboration Model

Probably you're still in business continuity mode, adjusting operations to the new circumstances we're living today. However, it is unlikely that we will return to "normal" anytime soon. This means that our work and how teams collaborate will change.

We propose to help you rethinking work post-corona crisis and how people collaborate. Together we define the new context and for the design we will put the homeworker central in this strategically cocreative process.

Leadership Coaching

From having your team nearby, on-premise, to suddenly having to guide them through this crisis, uncertain times, and also do this from a distance. This requires different skills, and it is unlikely that management is prepared for this.

We offer personalized executive coaching and leadership development programs to help adapting to this new situation.

Content Development

With face-to-face training and workshops suspended for a while, digital learning platforms need to scale up...and fast. This means new content is needed.

We offer to support you with the creation of content for your online training and workshop. Using more than 14 years of experience innovating in training, workshops and blended learning, we can design complete programs, but also specific parts of it. If you just want us to review and pimp up your content, we can make it more attractive and engaging for the user. When we design content, we preferably use an EDUTainment approach: making content effective, but also engaging.

Strategic Visual Design

These times of extreme uncertainty require immediate actions and lots of communication. However, the way we communicate has changed, and is taking place more from distributed locations, and by means of technology. This challenges your ability to convey strategic, more complex messages or potentially confusing information.

Therefor we offer strategic visual design, a communication tool that combines creativity, storytelling and aesthetics with technical knowledge. This can be used, for example, to explain a process or service, map a work instruction, show a desired transformation, clarify an abstract concept, map a problem, etc.
