Co.Creating Leadership
In order to get to how you envisioned your company in the future, the right leadership should be developed to realise the strategies to get there. A dialog is needed between the leaders of the organisation to assure a common understanding of the vision and strategies. A leadership behaviour model should be Co.Created and rolled-out throughout the organisation.

How we do this?
Leaders are often using abstract terms when talking about strategy. To increase successful realisation of the strategy, it is important to make such terminology concrete and define what behaviour should be displayed.
Abstract vs. Concrete
Making Assumptions
Explicit
A vision and the corresponding strategy are built upon assumptions about the future. Such assumptions will be made explicit. But, also the underlying assumptions of leadership behaviour need to be put to the test to redefine desirable behaviour.
There is no organisation equal to another. Each one has its own culture, stories, successes, and difficulties. Together with the leadership team we will undertake a journey to discover the inner strength and Co.Create the future they want for the organisation.

Creating by
Visualizing
We use creative techniques to make abstract concepts and behaviour as concrete as possible, in search of building a common understanding in the team. Visual Design and Business Theatre are two of such techniques, making sessions highly dynamic.
To accelerate the development process, we will incorporate game simulators where possible. Mostly we use them to understand behaviour or a specific process.

Online Collaboration
Leadership will change drastically during the current COVID-19 crisis. To support the transformation, we use different innovative technology to facilitate the process, but also as a showcase for the leaders to experience alternatives to lead remotely.
